Andrea Hennig is a co-founder and Director of Support Services/Special Projects at the Klippel-Feil Syndrome Alliance. She studied Health Systems Management at Loyola University – Chicago. Andi is a certified patient navigator specializing in chronic pain and degenerative neuro and complex spinal conditions. Her life experiences have given her a personal as well as broad understanding of human needs and health care systems. These experiences include: studying social sciences in the United Kingdom, living in Europe, and having KFS herself. Andi’s passion is to help meet the needs of people who suffer from chronic illness and pain are what that drove her enthusiasm to co-found the KFSA.
